What I can and can't Draw

Payment

★ gcash / paypal
★ options:
(1) payment upfront
(2) 50% down payment after sketch is sent and the other 50% before finalized work is sent. this only applies orders that are more than 50usd
★ will start on the piece as soon as possible
★ no refunds/cancellations

General Terms

★ i have the right to refuse to refuse/cancel service if i am not comfortable drawing your character.
★ i allow up to 2 changes during initial sketch. no major changes after sketch has been finalized. minor changes before rendering is ok.
★ allow up to 2-14 days of completion
★ by commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service and agree to abide by them. you are also implicitly promising that you will not request any paypal chargebacks.

additional information

★ please provide the following: physical description of the character, description of the pose/expression, clear reference pictures (the more, the better)
★ preferred communication method: facebook messenger/ twitter/ instagram
★ preferred delivery method: gmail (for better quality)

COPYRIGHT

as the artist,
★ i hold every right to the finished artwork
★ i am allowed to promote myself with the artwork on any other social media platform but with full credits given to you as the owner of the character.
as the commissioner,
★ you are allowed to post the artwork in every socmed platform as long as i, the artist, is given proper credits.
★ you are allowed to use the artwork in any way you want, as long its for personal use only. (unless paid for commercial use)
★ you have the right to claim the character but not the artwork.
however, you are not allowed to
★ reproduce/use the artwork commercially (unless paid)
★ post or promote the artwork publicly without my watermark or credits.
edit/change the artwork without my permission.
